The Account section explains how clients and Pros manage profile details, access settings, and secure their 100 Handy account.

1. Profile Management

Keep your full name, phone number, addresses, payment details, and profile photo up to date to avoid booking and communication issues.

Notification preferences can be adjusted so you only receive the booking, payment, system, and promotional messages you want.

You can also change your password from security settings at any time.

2. Access & Login

Sign in with your registered email and password to access bookings, messages, payments, and account settings.

If you cannot log in, first confirm your email, password, and internet connection, then use the password reset flow if needed.

If you lose access to your registered email address, contact support to verify your identity and recover the account.

3. Account Changes

You can update personal details, contact information, service details, and saved locations at any time.

If you need to close your account, make sure active bookings are completed or cancelled first and review any retained data requirements.

4. Security & Privacy

Use a strong password, review notifications, and only share sensitive information through trusted 100 Handy channels.

5. Help and Support
